Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

crime has been registered and the petition insofar as the grievance of non-registration of the crime has been redressed, what remains is the grant of police protection in terms of the Circular dated 14.11.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is the beneficiary of injunction granted in O.S.No.23/2020 and has sought for police protection on the score of implementation of the said order of injunction. If that be so, and if the threat that the petitioner's project is in real time, the respondent-Police shall accord such protection strictly in consonance with the Circular dated 14.11.2018.

With the aforesaid observation, petition stands
