Heard Sri.Saravana S, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.K.S.Harish, learned High Court

Government Pleader for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition is preferred to remove the name of the petitioner in the entries in the website and records pertaining to Crime No.46/2009. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner no records for the said crime are even available at the jurisdictional police. In that light, the prayer is sought.

The learned Government Advocate would submit that no representation of the kind is even made to the competent authority. If any representation would made, the same would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a timeframe that would be prescribed by this Court.

Therefore, I deem it appropriate to dispose the

petition directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the jurisdictional police seeking redressal of his grievance.

The Station House Officer of the jurisdictional police shall consider the representation and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of.
