THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER
Heard Sri. Parashuram A.L., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned AGA appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and have perused the material on record.
"a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to Respondent No. 2 to enter the Sale Certificate dated 29.03.2023 [Annexure A] in respect of the Schedule Property issued by Respondent

No.3 in favour of the Petitioner, in Book No. I and without insisting on the stamp duty;
b) Issue any other such appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, in the interests of justice and equity."

and a document is placed before him.
the petitioner is redressed. It is however observed that the Sub-Registrar shall register the document as is indicated hereinabove on the said date, if all the documents are in place.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands
