In that view of the matter, respondent - MUDA is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for execution of the registered Sale Deed in terms of the Official Memorandum dated 01.06.2024 (Annexure-B) and allotment letters (Annexures-C to C7), in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
