In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a direction to the respondent - BDA to allot incentive site in respect of the acquired land belonging to the petitioner is concerned. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, the petitioner has approached the

respondent - BDA as per the representation dated 18.07.2024 produced as Annexure-D to the Writ Petition.

In that view of the matter, the respondent No.2 herein is directed to consider the representation dated 18.07.2024 in respect of the claim made by the petitioner for allotment of incentive site in accordance with law and pass appropriate order within outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Order.
