Learned advocate Mr. H.M. Muralidhar invited attention of
the Court to the memo of withdrawal dated 12.08.2024 filed on
record of the petition in which it is stated that during pendency of
the writ petition, the respondents issued order dated 11.06.2024 declining to consider the claim of the petitioner. It was stated that

since the said order is revisable, revision application has been already filed.
However, no opinion is expressed on merits of the case and
