In this petition, petitioners have sought for the following

reliefs:-

“ i) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned order/Decree dated: 07.10.2015 passed by the Civil Judge at Muddebihal in OS 363/2014 as at Annexure-C to the writ petition, in the interest of justice and equity.

ii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus thereby set aside the compromise application filed before Lok-Adalat in the interest of justice and equity.”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the material on record. Though the respondent having been served with the notice of this petition, he has chosen to remain unrepresented.

A perusal of the material on record comprising of the memorandum of writ petition and the documents produced by the petitioners will indicate that neither valid nor sufficient grounds

have been made out by the petitioners, who are not entitled to any

indulgence / relief in the present petition.

Accordingly, I do not find any merit in the petition and the

same is hereby dismissed.
