In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

“1. Issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated: 29.01.2024 by considering the prayer for mutation with respect Granted Land i.e., Sy No.328, measuring 04 Acres, 38 Guntas, RA of Rs.3-25 of Khadernagar Village, Bidar, the copy of which at Annexure-C.

2. Issue any order, direction or writ as this Hon’ble Court may be pleased in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.”

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

HCGP for the respondents and perused the material on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation at Annexure – C dated 29.01.2024 submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by them nor any

order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.

Per contra, learned HCGP for respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievance of the petitioner and consider his representation at Annexure – C dated 29.01.2024 and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands
