In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

“i) Issue writ of mandamus or direction to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner as per ANNEXURE-A and ANNEXURE-B, dated: 14.05.2023 and 06.11.2023 and pay the honorarium amount of Rs.20 lakhs regarding service of Darga Hazarath Khaki Ataullah Khaki Sunni, City Bus Stand, super Market Kalaburagi is the registered institution of the Karnataka State Board of Wakf.

ii) Issue any other direction are orders as the Hon’ble High Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances.”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations at Annexures – A and B dated 14.05.2023 and 06.11.2023 respectively submitted to the respondent have not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the

same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.

Per contra, learned HCGP for respondent submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent is hereby directed to address the grievance of the petitioner and consider his representations at Annexures – A and B dated 14.05.2023 and 06.11.2023 and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands
