Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the Chairman of the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (hereinafter referred as 'RERA') is appointed by State Government in terms of the order dated 22.08.2024.
He, therefore, submits that the writ petition become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the fact that the chairman of RERA is appointed by the State Government as stated above.
