Learned counsel for the respondents submits
that the work order issued in favour of the petitioner
was cancelled in the month of February 2024 prior to
the filing of the writ petition.
that the cancellation of work order was not served on
the petitioner and hence, the petitioner could not challenged the work order and seeks leave of the court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to challenge
the cancellation of the work order.
3. The submission is placed on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
