After making submissions for sometime, learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal as according to him, as the learned Single Judge having allowed the writ petition by setting aside the direction of the Assistant Commissioner insofar as the grant of monthly maintenance of Rs.10,000/-, the appellant shall seek such remedy as available in law, claiming maintenance/any other monitory assistance.
