ORDER
The present revision petition is filed questioning the order passed in I.A.No.III in Crl.Misc.No.133/2023 dated 27.12.2023 by the III Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, whereby court below had granted an amount of Rs.6,000/- per month towards maintenance to both the respondents during the pendency of the proceedings. When the revision is filed the office had taken on objections with regard to the maintainability of the petition under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act.
