The present revision petition is filed aggrieved by the interlocutory order passed in Crl.Misc.No.91/2023 dated 26.12.2023 by the I Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, whereby court below has granted an amount of Rs.20,000/- as interim maintenance per month. When the revision is filed the office has taken on objections with regard to the maintainability of the petition in view of Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act.
