The present RPFC is filed aggrieved by the order passed in Crl.Misc.No. 337/2021 dated 21.02.2024 by the Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Turuvekere whereby the court below had granted interim maintenance of amount of Rs.4,000/- per month to the wife.

The registry has taken the objections with regard to the maintainability of petition in view of Section 19 (4) of the Family Court Act. The order impugned is passed on I.A the registry had rightly taken the objection and the office objections are sustained.
