ORAL ORDER
When this matter came up on 21.02.2024 as there was no representation on behalf of both the parties directed to post this matter next week. Again when the matter came before this court on 05.04.2024, this court had directed the matter to be listed for ‘dismissal’ on 24.04.2024. Again on 24.04.2024 this court had directed to delete the matter from caption for ‘dismissal’ and to post the matter after summer vacation.
Again the matter came up before the court on 31.08.2024, even on that day also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This court also observed that RPFC is of the year 2016, directed the matter to be listed for dismissal on 17.09.2024. Either in the forenoon or in the afternoon there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-
