Against the interim maintenance granted by the Trial Court, the present RPFC is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. It is submitted that the office had raised an objection with regard to the maintainability of this petition. In view of the same, the present memo is filed seeking withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file this petition before the appropriate Court. The memo is taken on file.
