2. The memo reads as under:
"The undersigned counsel for the petitioner most humbly submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody in some other case and this counsel not in a position to secure the certified copy of trial Court and first appellate Court as he was not the counsel on record of the Hon'ble trial Court and first Appellate Court. Hence, office objections could not be complied and praying this Hon'ble Court to permit him to withdraw the above revision petition as dismiss the above revision petition as not pressed to meet the ends of justice and equity."
In view of the memo, the petition is dismissed as
withdrawn.
