The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following relief:

a) Call for the relevant records

b) Quash the criminal proceedings in Crime No.17/2018 on the file of the additional civil judge (Jr. Dn) & JMFC court, H.D. Kote, District Mysore by the respondent No.1 under section 34, 406 and 420 of IPC, which is produced and marked as Annexure-D in the interest of justice.

c) Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.
