ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioners files a memo seeking
permission to withdraw the petition.
2. The memo reads as follows:
“The petitioners above named humbly submit that during the pendency of the above petition preferred for quashing of the FIR in Crime

No.241/2022 registered at Soladevanahalli Police Station for offences made penal under Sections 498A, 354 of IPC and under Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, the investigating officer has filed charge sheet and as such the above petition becomes infructuous for which reason the petitioners desire to withdraw the above petition and intend to file afresh petition challenging the charge sheet filed.
WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit the petitioners to withdraw the above petition with liberty to file a fresh petition as sought for, in the interest of justice.”
