“The above named petitioners submits that, the above case is filed by quashing the FIR and
charge Sheet in Crime No.259/2015 and C.C.17151/2018 before this Hon’ble Court, for the offences punishable U/S 52 (a), 68 (a) of Indian Copy Right Act 1957 and 420 of IPC. On 06/07/2023 the case in C.C.No.17151/2018 was acquitted. Hence the above petition may be dismissed as withdrawn and the same is infructuous, in the interest of Justice.”
