This contempt proceedings has been initiated by the complainant against the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.15043/2017 (LA-BDA) vide Annexure-‘B’. The
Paragraph No.6 of the said order reads thus:
“In view of the submission made and in the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner submits a representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed today, respondent No.1 shall decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of such representation by a speaking order. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of”.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is hereby disposed of.
