This contempt proceeding is filed by the complainant
against respondents under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and Article 215 of the Constitution Of India alleging willful deliberate disobedience of the order passed by the learned Single Judge in WP.No.45695/2011 (BDA) dated 26.07.2012.
complainant. Learned Senior counsel Sri G.S.Kannur appears on behalf of learned counsel Sri B.Vachan who is on record for Accused Nos.1 and 2.
Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is hereby disposed
of.
In the meanwhile, liberty is granted to the
