THIS CCC COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, CHIEF JUSTICE MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER
Learned advocate Mr.Rajashekar S, for the complainants makes a statement when the complaint comes up for consideration about compliance by producing memo dated 20.03.2024.
2. The memo reads as under,
“That the complainant respectfully submits that, during the pendency of the above contempt proceedings, the accused persons have removed the case number mentioned in Column No.11 of RTS in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.200/P19 measuring to an extent of 1 acre situated at Marenahalli Village, Jala Hobli, Bengaluru North (Addl) Taluk, Bengaluru and entered the name of the complainants and other owners of the property in Column No.9 of the RTC and thereby complied with the order dated 20.03.2019 passed in W.P.No.9038/2019. Copy of the RTC is enclosed herewith. In that view of the matter, the above Contempt proceedings initiated as against the accused persons may be disposed off, since the order has been complied with in the interest of justice and equity.”
3. In the aforesaid view, the directions of learned Single Judge
are complied with.
