In compliance of the Order of this Hon'ble Court in WP 51536/2019, this Accused was directed to allot a Site to the Complainant in Arkavathi Layout as per the Representation submitted by her. The under signed counsel for this Accused humbly submits that the order of this Hon'ble Court has been complied with all due respect to this Hon'ble Court, by allotting a Site bearing No. GH97 measuring 12.00 X 9.00 Mtrs, at Arkavathi Layout, 17th Block carved out of land bearing Survey No. 20/3 and 20/4 situated at Geddalahalli Village. A copy of the Allotment Letter dated 13.03.2024 bearing No.73412 is annexed herewith for the kind records of this Hon'ble Court. It is humbly submitted that in this regard this Memo may be taken on record in the interest of justice and equity and the contempt petition as shown in the cause title may be dropped.
