ORDER
Learned counsel for the Petitioners having argued the
matter vociferously for some time, now agrees with the suggestion of this Court that his clients would deliver peaceable possession of the subject property to Respondent Nos.2 & 3 within an outer limit of three months and that they shall not seek extension of the said period. He also submits that in respect of other grievance, liberty be reserved to them to work out the same in accordance with law elsewhere. If proceedings are taken up by the Petitioners within a period of four weeks, the issue of limitation & delay shall not arise.
Ordered accordingly and Petition is disposed off. All contentions are kept open.
