ORDER
Petitioner seeks to lay a challenge to the third respondent’s order dated 07.06.2013 at Annexure-A. He also seeks a direction to consider his Representation dated 11.03.2011 a copy whereof avails at Annexure-D.

that the Petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the Resolution in question has been cancelled by the 3rd Respondent – Taluka Panchayath on 10.11.2014 itself. There is no one to controvert this assertion.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed
off as having become infructuous.
