ORDER
The short grievance of the Petitioner is as to nonconsideration of his representation undated, a copy whereof avails at Annexure-G wherein some reprieve has been sought at the hands of second respondent-Committee constituted pursuant to direction of a Co-ordinate Bench of
this Court. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in umpteen number of cases, directions have been issued for the consideration of claims of the kind at the hands of BDA and therefore, similar relief needs to be extended to his client.
having accepted notice for Respondent Nos.1 & 2 submits

that the Committee is headed by a retired Judge of this Court and that the Committee has been functioning very effectively, there being thousands of claims now pending before it, no direction as sought for in the petition can be granted. Having so contended, now he agrees to place the request before the Committee to explore the possibility of expeditious disposal of claim keeping in view all facts & circumstances; this is appreciable.
In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed off.
Costs made easy.
