The petitioner most humbly submits as follows:
The Respondents have issued a Certificate of Registration under the provisions of Karnataka Private Medical Establishment Act and Rules made thereunder, in favor of petitioner's hospital on 06.03.2023, with effect from 06.03.2023. The copy of the Certificate of Registration is enclosed hereto for this Hon'ble Court's perusal.
In view of the issuance of the above referred Certificate of Registration in favour of the Petitioner, the captioned writ petition has been rendered infructuous, and accordingly this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dispose of the captioned writ petition as withdrawn in the interest of justice and equity.
