THIS PETITION IS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

The petitioner is knocking at the doors of this Court calling in question the action of the respondents in declining to accept the project displaced person certificate furnished by the petitioner along with the application for appointment to the post of Graduate Primary Teachers for 6^th standard to 8^th standard classes of the year 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State in

unison submit that the issue in the lis stands covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23752/2022, dated 30.01.2023.

This Court on 19.01.2023, has passed the following

interim order:

“Learned AGA waives notice for the respondents.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the petition papers upon the learned AGA.

Learned AGA seeks ten days time to seek instructions and make his submissions.

List this matter on 02.02.2023.

Till such time, one post under the Project Displaced Person's category shall be kept reserved for the petitioner, till the next date of hearing.”

protecting the right of the petitioner by directing the respondents to keep one post reserved for the petitioner, who
