The petitioner has borrowed money from the respondent-Bank and has committed default in repayment of the same. The respondent-Bank has initiated recovery proceedings. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondent-Bank to consider the request of the petitioner for one time settlement. As the same has not been acted upon, the present writ petition is filed.
