ORDER
A person by name Sri.VSS Dori was running a fair price shop at Kumbarkoppa Village. The same got closed. As a temporary measure, the card holders of the closed fair price shop were assigned in favour of the petitioner though he was only granted permission to distribute kerosene and not other commodities in a fair price shop. This arrangement was made in the year 2003 and the same continued till 2020. The government after realizing that it was only a temporary arrangement, by way of impugned order, assigned the ration card holders in favour of the 6th respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
