Aggrieved by the order dated 24.06.2014 passed by respondent No.3 vide Annexure-K to the writ petition, the present writ petition is filed by the petitioner.
certificate on 23.12.2013 which stated that she was the resident of Kurekuppa Village, Toranagallu Hobli and on the strength of it she was appointed as Anganwadi Worker at Kurekuppa. However, the certificate of residence was cancelled by way of impugned order on the ground that the petitioner on 18.09.2012 had obtained another certificate of residence stating that she is a resident of S.Basapur Village and had applied for the post of Anganwadi Worker in S.Bassapur Village also. It is further observed in the impugned order that, while claiming widow pension, she had given place of residence as Jouku Village. The present writ petition is filed showing the place
of residence as Sandur in the cause title. The petitioner in
the course of arguments, admit to the said facts.
