ORDER
The petitioners have challenged the judgment and award dated 14.03.2014 and 17.03.2014 respectively in O.P.No.78/2012 by the Permanent Lok Adalat, Belgaum.
Under the said circumstances, negligence has to be attributed to the petitioners for not maintaining the said wires properly taking into consideration the weather conditions in the said area.
