ORDER
Petitioner is a women self help group which is managing a Child Care Centre at Chikkenakoppa, Yelburga Taluk. The government was giving them certain funds for running the same. However, after constitution of anganwadi centers and appointment of anganwadi workers and assistants, the government had decided to close down the Child Care Centre being managed by women self help group like the petitioner and the petitioner was intimated about the same. Aggrieved by the said intimation, the present writ petition is filed.
right over the property where child care centre is being run. It is the property belonging to the Gram Panchayat. Government, in the interest of society at large has taken a decision that the child care in the village, be run by the Anganwadi Centers. I do not see any error in the same.
For the said reasons, the writ petition is dismissed.
