Petitioners have sought for quashing of the complaint and FIR of Gandhinagar Police station in Crime No.122/2022 registered for the of offences punishable under Sections 365, 511, 323, 504 read with Section34 of Indian Penal Code (hereinafter referred to as the “IPC”, for brevity).

Respondent No.2 filed complaint against petitioners and same came to be registered in Gandhinagar Police station in Crime No.122/2022 for the aforesaid offences. The petitioners have sought for quashing of the said FIR in Crime No.122/2022.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 files affidavit of respondent No.2. The respondent No.2 is present physically before this Court and submits that dispute is amicably settled in the presence of the elders and well-wishers of the family and he is not interested in prosecuting the complaint. He also stated that he has no objections to allow the petition.

In view of the above settlement and contents of
