A present appeal has been filed seeking regular bail in Halageri Police Crime No. 154/2023. Now, the Halgeri Police have investigated the matter and submitted the charge sheet. The appellant requests permission to withdraw the present appeal and seeks liberty to file a fresh bail application based on the charge sheet, in order to meet the interest of Justice.”
