“In this the advocate for the Petitioner begs to file this memo as under:
That the Petitioner had filed this petition to quash the entire FIR No.23/2023 filed by Vidya Nagar PS, Hubballi for offence punishable U/s 420, 468 of IPC against the petitioner. Durinf the pendency of this petition the Charge Sheet was filed by Sub-Inspector, Vidya Nagar PS in Cr No.23/2023 is hereby rejected as there is no materials to take cognizance. Therefore, the petition is infructuous. Hence, the above said petition may kindly be permitted to withdraw. I am producing here with the order sheet passed by Ist Addl. Civil Judge And JMFC Hubballi.
Hence this MEMO.”
