disobedience of the order dated 03.02.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.12685/2020.
the notice issued by this Court, the learned Principal Government Advocate for the respondents-accused has filed the compliance memo dated 02.11.2023 along with the documents.
inviting our attention to the documents produced along with the memo dated 02.11.2023 i.e., the endorsement
dated 29.09.2023 which is at page No.2 and the translation copy of the said endorsement which is at page No.3, submits that even before the learned Single Judge had passed the order on 03.02.2021, the Tahasildar had placed the grievance of the complainant before the Committee which has rejected his application in Form No.53. Now this fact is also informed to the complainantpetitioner by way of said endorsement.
In view of the above, the complaint of contempt is disposed off accordingly. Notice discharged.
