This Application seeks to take service of notice by substituted mode i.e., through Paper Publication to the Respondent to be published one in English daily i.e., “The Times of India” Delhi Edition and one in Hindi i.e., “Navbharat Times” having circulation in Delhi. Learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator submits that in matters like this, ordinarily Applications are favoured there being no interdictory factors.

In view of the above, the Application in CA No.34/2023 is favoured. The Official Liquidator to interact with the Registry and get the needful done.
