Learned counsel for the Petitioner points out the mistake committed by the Court in framing subject judgment not entirely based upon the fact matrix emerging from the pleadings. Therefore, he seek recall of the judgment by pressing into service ex debito justitiae. There is no much controversion of the same, from the other side.
