THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER
Petitioners, the Members of the Local Bar are
knocking at the doors of Writ Court with the following prayer:
“ISSUE WRIT OR ORDER Directing the Respondents to HOLD election for the year 2022 strictly in accordance with Bye Laws of the 2nd Respondent- Association (Annexure-B) after calling for Annual General Body Meeting and after preparation of fresh Voters List in the interest of justice and equity”
Nos. 2 & 3 submits that the writ petition has become infructuous inasmuch as, the elections having already been held, the popular Body is constituted. There is force in this submission.

In the above circumstances, this petition is disposed off as having become infructuous keeping open all contentions to be urged before appropriate authority, if the petitioners have a grievance against validity of elections in question.
Costs made easy.
