ORDER
This petition is disposed off as withdrawn in terms of
the Memo dated 25.08.2022, which reads as under:
"The Petitioner had filed the above Writ Petition seeking to issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari to set aside and modify the Order dated 12.02.2021 passed by the learned 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Tumukuru, in M.C.No.126/2019 in IA No.3.
It is submitted that during the pendency of the above Writ Petition, the matter has been settled out of the Court.
Therefore, the Petitioner craves leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above WP.
WHEREFORE, it is prayed that, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dismiss the above Writ Petition as settled out of the Court in the interest of justice and equity."
