Petitioner is the wife and respondent is the husband. Petitioner is a resident of Bangalore. Respondent has initiated divorce proceedings against the petitioner by way of M.C.No.9/2021 on the file of Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Sidlaghatta. Petitioner being a resident of Bangalore, is not in a position to attend the Court at Sidlaghatta. On the said ground, the instant petition is filed.

Accepting the cause shown in the petition, the petition is hereby allowed and M.C.No.9/2021 on the file of Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Sidlaghatta is hereby transferred to the jurisdictional Court at Bangalore.

In view of disposal of the main petition, interlocutory applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and the same are hereby disposed of.
