The complainant has filed the present contempt petition to take action against accused No.1 under the provisions of Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for willful disobedience of the order dated 25.03.2021 made in W.P.No.4203/2020 passed by the learned Single Judge, wherein, the learned Single Judge by recording the submission of the learned HCGP that the certified copy sought for by the petitioner will be sent through registered post to the petitioner's address mentioned in the writ petition within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and disposed of the matter.

Single Judge has been complied with. Therefore, the contempt petition would not survive for consideration.
