The complainant has filed the present contempt petition to take action against accused under the provisions of Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for willful disobedience of the order dated 12.07.2021 made in W.P.No.10267/2021 passed by the learned Single Judge, wherein, the learned Single Judge while disposing of the writ petition, directed the Tahsildar, K.R.Pet Taluk, Mandya District to consider the petitioner's request for the revenue entries for the subject land in the light of the decision of this Court in W.P.No.44484/2014 and the subsequent grant dated 17.03.2018.
complainant fairly submits that the order dated 12.07.2021 passed

by the learned Single Judge has been complied with. His submission is placed on record.
