This petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent not to alienate the schedule properties until consideration of application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioner in a suit for specific performance before the Trial Court.

Learned Senior Advocates on both sides submit that matter is adjourned before the trial Court on 16.06.2021 for consideration of the application. They further submit that they shall appear on the said date and argue the matter.

In view of the above, if the pleadings are complete, the learned trial Judge shall expedite hearing of the
