THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE R-4 AND 5 FOR WRONGFUL DETENTION OF THE PETITIONER AND HIS FAMILY MEMBERS IN MATRIMONIAL DISPUTE DURING THE PENDENCY OF THE MATRIMONIAL PROCEEDINGS PENDING BEFORE THE JURISDICTION FAMILY COURT.
THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER
The short grievance of the petitioner is against the alleged interference of the police personnel when the dispute has matrimonial character.
In the above circumstances and with the
observations, this writ petition is disposed off, all contentions having been kept open.
