ORDER
This petition is disposed off as having become
infructuous in terms of the Memo dated 01.12.2021 filed by
learned counsel for respondents, which reads as under:
" It is submitted that the above petition is filed seeking to quash the tender notification dated 2.9.2015, which was based on catering policy 2010.
It is submitted that during the pendency of the petition, catering policy 2017 is brought inforce and also due to efflux of time, the petition has become infructuous.
WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to take this memo on record and dismiss the petition as infructuous, in the interest of justice and equity."
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed off as having
become infructuous, in terms of the above memo.
