ORDER
The short grievance of the petitioner is against nonimplementation of the interim order made on 23.09.2017 on petitioner’s application in IA No.6 in the pending suit in O.S.No.302/2016.
In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed off directing the first respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner keeping in view the extant law.
Time for compliance is six weeks.
All contentions are kept open.
